🗓️ Itinerary Snapshot
Day 0 – Arrival in Güicán (approx. 3:00 p.m.), dinner and rest
Day 1 – Acclimatisation hike (10 km / 4,200 m), picnic at altitude
Day 2 – Glacier ascent (up to 5,000 m), closing ceremony and return to Güicán
Day 3 – Explore local mountain village
🌄 What You’ll Experience
This expedition includes:
• 1 acclimatisation hike (approx. 10 km / 4,200 m – San Pablín area)
• 1 glacier ascent (approx. 16 km round trip / up to 5,000 m depending on route)
• 1 cultural exploration day in the mountain villages of the region
You may choose one of the following glacier routes (subject to park conditions):
• Ritacuba Blanco Glacier – approx. 16 km / up to 5,000 m
• Púlpito del Diablo Glacier – approx. 14 km / up to 4,900 m
• Concavo Glacier – approx. 15 km / up to 4,950 m
All routes are guided and selected based on weather, park regulations and group readiness.

This is a high-altitude trek. Cardio endurance and leg/core strength are essential. You don’t need to be an elite athlete, but you should maintain an active lifestyle.
